Penny was not heavily campaigned; on her two occasions at Crufts she won her class, Special Yearling under breed judge the late Stella Hipkins. Her second visit to Crufts winning Limit Bitch, under top all-rounder Marion Spavin, Penny’s first CC came at City of Birmingham 1994 under top Finnish judge Kari Javinen. Her second CC followed a year later at the same show under another top all-rounder Ellis Hulme. She just failed to make it a hat trick of CC’s the following year at City of Birmingham when she won the Reserve CC under hound specialist Ben Reynolds Frost.
